This book was a surprise find but no surprise given Dr. Mar 30, Jeff rated it liked it. I bought this book to read of new ideas to improve my own health.

I found the content to be undistinguised in terms of fresh and new ideas. I do feel this book may benefit those who have little to no exposure to exercise and healthy eating. The chapter on everyday toxins and how it impacts the endocrine system was interesting. Jan 04, Nicholas Decker rated it really liked it. Lots of good information about cooking and choosing foods.

Robert and I both skimmed it. Nothing too new It did get Robert to cut-down on nitrates and sugar, though!
